Building Regulations of Riyadh city from multiple sources (Plans-Moukhattat, Municipality Decrees, ADA Decrees) over the last 40 years have been collected and reflected on the GIS system, with a final updated layer of building regulation details linked to the Parcels exposed to the public over the internet (Mobile and Desktop internet access)

Identified and recorded functions and processes for all organizational areas of General Sports Authority (GSA) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and designed and developed key processes for their digital workflows and automation recommendations to GSA as part of their Digital Transformation initiative. Recommended an e-solution to maintain functional-Process information hierarchies mapped to the resulting organizational structure

Designed and Implemented a GIS-based Vehicle Tracking system in which all waste-collection plans are incorporated and all service vehicles are tracked, with intelligent auditing and reporting that allows the municipalities to issue performance reports to manage and control the service providers

PMD assisted Dallah Trans Arabia through providing business development services to help capturing a PPP project with the Ministry of Interior (MoI) of Saudi Arabia. The scope of work included technical assistance, legal assistance, business structuring and modeling, consortium development and proposal & bid development. These efforts resulted in winning a concession for 5 years. Further, PMD played an extended role to establish and manage the PMO of the project and manage the implementation. This role included managing delivery from technical, contractual and financial aspects. Despite the multiple challenges PMD was successful in delivering a working project
